Through the front door of this well-presented home you are welcomed into the reception hall which allows access to the majority of the ground floor accommodation. The sitting room, to the front elevation, has a Chesney wood-burning stove set as the focal point, there is also a large bay window.
The study, which makes an ideal office, also to the front elevation of the home is of a good size though the hub of this home is truly the living kitchen. Having a stunning fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, there is a host of fitted appliances and superior work surface area. This room blends naturally in to the dining area and also the living room. Taking advantage of natural light through the Bi-fold doors to the gardens, the current vendors have created this space which is ideal for entertaining.
Beyond the kitchen is the large utility room which has fitted units and worksurfaces coordinating with the kitchen. Finishing the ground floor is the cloakroom which is accessed via the reception hall.
To the first floor, the large landing provides access to the four double bedrooms. The master bedroom does have a contemporary ensuite shower room whilst the family bathroom comprises a shower, free-standing bath, w.c and washes hand basin sink set on a vanity.
Externally, the gardens flow from the living kitchen to an extended patio area allowing ample space for seating. The gardens are laid to lawn to both elevations of the home with a variety of shrubs and flowering borders. There is also the very large garage which offers excellent space and, subject to planning, may be well suited for an annexe if required. There is power, light and also w.c.
This home has been built to a very high standard and we would encourage buyers to grasp the opportunity to purchase such a sizable home in this popular village.
