Viewings
Viewings will follow the current social distancing guidelines. The house owners will be asked to leave the house when a viewing is to take place by taking a walk or waiting in the garden. Clients are asked not to have contact with hi touch surface areas and we ask that those viewing allow the agent to open doors as they will be wearing disposable gloves. The safety of both buyers and sellers is our prime concern and all clients should ensure that they arrive with appropriate PPE.
Valuations
Any visits to the house will require the owners to wait in a separate room while the house is inspected. PPE will be worn by the inspector during any visit.
Sales
The office will be open by appointment only. Our staff are available on the telephone, email and social media during normal office hours.
